I thought she had two brothers and a sister. Ricky, Brad, and Jill. . .

Molly has 2 brothers- Ricky (the older one), and Brad, the one who's younger than Molly. There's also Jill, who's the oldest of all of them .
Most likely they'll cast them all. None of them are incredibly important, but depending on which books are in the movie, they've all got ready made parts.
They kept Bridget and Jenny in the Samantha movie, and neither of them were incredibly important.

Simplepretty is right. Molly has two brothers. Brad is the younger brother and I believe he is five years younger than Molly. Her older brother, Ricky, is two or three years older than Molly. Jill is four or five years older than Molly.
